All Sports Are
Possible

Your sessions already have the data. Drop a .fit file or connect Strava, and read what your watch or head unit recorded but never showed you.

Every sport gets its own read-out — the numbers change with it, the pipeline doesn't.

Three steps, once.

  1. Link Strava or drop a .fit

One tap in the app. Files from any watch or head unit that writes .fit — Wahoo, Hammerhead, Bryton and the rest.

  2. The pipeline does the maths

Zones, load, and the numbers that matter for that sport. Track ends trimmed before anything is stored.

  3. Read it in your feed

Usually under a minute after the session lands. Comments and reactions included.

Privacy

Your route starts where you live. The map doesn't.

350 m is cut from each end of every track in the pipeline, before storage. Those coordinates never leave the owner's device.

Fair questions.

Do I need a power meter?
No. With one we read your file directly; without one we model power from your profile and mark every modelled number.
What about Garmin?
In progress. For now export the .fit from Garmin Connect, or sync through Strava.
Where are my files kept?
On our servers, with track ends already trimmed. Nothing is shared outside your feed unless you post it.
Can I download the original?
Yes — the .fit you uploaded, any time, unchanged.
Does it cost anything?
Uploads, metrics, feed and plans are free while we're in early access.
Running, swimming, everything else?
Each sport gets its own read-out — pace and heart-rate zones for a run, distance and pace for a swim, power for a ride. The numbers change with the sport; the feed and the plan don't.

One file is all it takes.

Open the app, connect Strava, and read your last session properly.
